Express Laundry Centre Ireland Ltd
Store reconstruction for Automated Laundry fit out Q1 2025 Budget 80k

This project was a complete store fit out from shell & core, encompassing purpose built walls, shelving, electrical rewiring, plumbing (including gas fit) of the store, laying of new
floor all to the client specifications for a Self Service Automated Laundry.
This project was delivered after 14 days, from being awarded the contract to completion.

Refurbishment and modernisation of a derelict 18th Century Country House,
South of France Q3 2024 to Q3 2025 Budget

This complex restoration & reconstruction project was delivered over a 12-month timeframe
in 4 phases.
In completing this project, the clients emphasis was to have a 21st century home,
embracing solar panels, heat pumps, water harvesting, grey water technology and plant
based insulation products, along with breathable external membrane, whilst avoiding any
adverse impact on the existing 18th century French style and character.
Phase 1 - Ground works, refurbishment of roof, internal area stripped and recycled, drainage
and water harvesting installed. Also, creation of insulated and breathable energy boxes
within the house.
Phase 2 - Installation of locally sourced hand made wooden door & windows (in keeping with
the houses original style) triple glazed, First fix electrics and heat pumps and solar panel
fitting, Oak and tiled flooring fitted.
Phase 3 - Worked commenced on the installation of the 8 x 4m outdoor swimming pool and
second fix electrics and plumbing, lime plastering exterior plus extras added by the client

(panelling & painting interior and exterior) 2 antique stone fireplaces and stoves with back
boilers installed.
Phase 4- Commencing May 1st 2025 due to complete 30th June 2025, kitchen and bedroom
cabinets fitted, library shelving completed. Landscaping is being undertaken locally and will
not form part of Greenbricks work in this case.
In all this project was in part a journey in using 21st century energy, insulation and
construction technology in sympathy with both the construction methodology of the original
house (circa 1780) and the materials therein. Also the house has been designed to operate
off grid and off mains water and we will be watching it’s operational efficiency over the next
24 months to see how the solutions we employed performs.

Kilmainhamwood Area Development Association (KADA)
Kilmainhamwood Nursing Home redevelopment Q1 2025 to Q2 2026 Budget 11M

Engaged by the client in 2019, to secure funding and assist with the planning, design and
ultimately, the delivery of the Kilmainham wood Nursing Home redevelopment and extension;
we are delighted to announce that building has commenced April 2025.
The existing nursing home (constructed 1999) will be extended by way of a single storey 40
bedroom new build quad and a redeveloped 23 beds and administration block within the
existing structure. Upon completion a 63 single occupancy bedroom facility built to
encompass and embrace the best in modern construction techniques and green
technologies e.g. 200kw solar plant), heat pumps and an A rated energy efficient structure.
Additional challenge’s include compliance with HIQA guidelines, liaison with a “live” care
environment with a population move scheduled at the end of phase1 and an adjacent
retirement community in situ during the build. As well as a corporate tenant, with a set of
demands and expectations to be met and understood by the Greenbrick Horizon team.

Kuehne Nagel
General Maintenance Projects. Q4 2024 to Current Budget

Greenbrick is a trusted general maintenance contractor for Kuehne Nagel, offering on call
services, our project work vary in size and complexity and span the 26 counties area.
From fixing doors, windows furniture to the dismantling and reconstruction of warehouse
racking or a complete refurbishment of a warehouse roof.

Vision Ireland
Greystones & Castleknock Boutique Shop Fits Q1 2025 Budget 60k

Greenbrick was asked to retro fit 2 shop unit for the charity to a very specific brand identity, in 2 diverse geographical locations,
which used client defined materials and colours. Projects were completed in
under 9 days each.
they involved involved shopfitting, flooring, paint and decoration (internal and external) as well as CCTV/Security systems,
plumbing and electrical work.

An Post (LMC)
Wexford maintenance & refurbishments
Q2 2025 Budget 25k

​Greenbrick was tasked with a number of refurbishment tasks in a 18th century building, these included replacing weight and pulleys systems in sash windows, retiling floors and fitting a new kitchen in the staff area, as well as external rendering and fitting a new staff toilet into an old shower room.

The work was made more complex by the live dynamic nature of the environment, where tasks had to be coordinated with the work and business demands of the client.

The project was completed over a 2 phase strategy taking approximately 14 days.
